The endearing montage featuring the newly retired Philadelphia Eagles center, 36, showed several sweet moments between the siblings, including them playing sports together and dressing up in costumes for Halloween.
Travis also shared several snapshots of Jason tossing around a football when he was just a tot, highlighting how football has always been a part of their close-knit bond.
The video also flashed forward to recent moments, including the brothers hugging on the NFL field after facing off against each other during the 2023 Super Bowl as well as when Jason ripped off his shirt while cheering for his younger bro at a game this January.
