Micah Parsons’ teammates better watch out. The Dallas Cowboys’ star has found a new training partner.
The Pro Bowl linebacker, who is gearing up for his third season in the NFL, recently posted an adorable Instagram stories video of himself training with none other than his 5-year-old son Malcolm.
Now everyone is thinking about the inevitable, will Malcolm follow in his footsteps all the way to the NFL? Only time will tell.
The NFL is a tough league that forces players to stay competitive and in top shape even during off-season. And Micah Parsons, known for his outstanding work ethic, took to Instagram to show off his new training buddy, who is already challenging him in agility exercises and in the weight room.

Micah became a father in 2018 during his freshman year at Penn State when he was 18 years old. Just when football was starting to get serious.
Having to navigate his college career and his inevitable journey into the NFL, along with fulfilling his life as a father made him develop a special bond with Malcolm that has been evident during public events where the linebacker proudly attended with his son.
Life as an NFL dad got even better just this January when the defensive player confirmed he had just welcomed a baby girl two days before the Cowboys won their divisional-round playoff game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Talking about his new role as a girl-dad to Scott Van Pelt, Micah commented how he cared for his daughter and how he couldn’t wait to go back home to her.
Every time she cries, I play my favorite artist, Rod Wave, and I sing it to her. She’s got me wrapped already… I can’t wait to get home to her. I can’t wait to get back to just lay with her

Since Parsons joined the NFL in 2021, he has not been shy of the limelight. The Pennsylvania native is known for being one of the most fashionable players in the league and he enjoys being in the celebrity status club of current NFL stars.
This past Independence Day weekend he was part of a group of players that attended the famed 4th of July “white party” hosted by billionaire Michael Rubin in the Hamptons.
The party included stars like Odell Beckham Jr., Damar Hamlin, Davante Adams, Dez Bryant, Cincinnati Bengals star quarterback Joe Burrow, and most notably, ex-NFL legend Tom Brady.
