Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts was interviewed by The New York Post at the Time100 Next Gala in NYC on Tuesday. The NFL star spoke about his date for the night, girlfriend Bryonna “Bry” Burrows, with whom he is rarely seen while out in public.
Hurts, 25, has been dating Burrows on-and-off since 2016 during their college days in Alabama. When the reporter asked him about no longer keeping his relationship a secret, he had the perfect answer.
“No, that’s what it is. I know I put a lot of focus on my job, my craft and all of that. Everything don’t have to be explained, I’m happy,” said Hurts.
The reporter then asked if he received a lot of direct messages from women on social media. Hurts just laughed and told her not to get him in trouble.
Hurts, who made the Time100 Next list, was not pictured with Burrows at all throughout the entire offseason.
In fact, last time they were seen together was in January after the Eagles defeated the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game.
Hurts and the Eagles went on to lose the Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs. They currently boast a 6-1 record in the 2023 NFL season.
