Buffalo Bills quarterback Shane Buechele and his wife, Paige, are going to be parents this spring. Before their bundle of joy arrives, the would-be parents hosted a gender reveal party for their first child.
Josh Allen, Shane’s fellow Bills QB, and his girlfriend, Hailee Steinfeld, who confirmed they are dating in July, made it into the guest list. They have now revealed their own prediction about the baby’s gender.
In a video doing rounds on X, posted by the actress’ fan page today, Steinfeld, with Josh by his side, was heard saying:
It turns out the lovebirds were spot on with their guess. It is indeed a girl!
In an Instagram post, Shane Buechele’s wife, Paige, revealed they are having a daughter by posting pictures of the moment when pink smoke filled the air.
“Baby Buechele is a…. GIRL! 🩷🩰,” read the caption of the social media post.

Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany, who is herself expecting her third child, a girl, with the QB, was over the moon for Shane Buechele and Paige Buechele.
“YAYYYYY🥹🤍 can’t wait for this baby girl to be here!” she commented on Instagram.
Brittany and Paige remain close pals despite the fact that Shane joined the Buffalo Bills in 2023 after playing for the Chiefs from 2021–2022.
In fact, last November, both the ladies were seen hanging out with Taylor Swift at the pop star’s Tribeca apartment for game day involving the Chiefs and the Dolphins. Chiefs TE Blake Bell’s wife, Lyndsay, was also present in the girl gang.
Patrick and Brittany, who already have two toddlers, Sterling Skye (2021) and Patrick ‘Bronze’ Lavon Mahomes III (2022), announced the news of their pregnancy in July 2024. The news came right after they were fresh off from their European vacation.
Around the same time, they held the gender reveal party and divulged that Baby Mahomes 3 is a GIRL.
Just last week, at the fifth annual “15 and the Mahomies Foundation” gala, Brittany was spotted flaunting her baby bump in a fitted blue velvet gown.
Brittany’s due date is still unknown. However, given the fact that she was in her first trimester in July, Brittany could give birth at the beginning of the next year, ahead of the Super Bowl.
